Great spot, right in the heart of Willemstad. Staying in a single, non share room & whilst small still has every comfort required. Bed super comfortable! Great upstairs terrace/dining area with kitchen (basic but has most essentials). Staff at the front desk are lovely & helpful. Would recommend if you need somewhere central.

I booked the six-bunk mixed bedroom. The bunk was soooo comfortable with individual electric plugs and a light. It had a firm but comfortable mattress. There were two storage lockers. The location is fantastic for the tourist area. The main Punda Bus stop is a short walk away along with the main town of Willemstad. Great internet and a common area to work. Friendly and helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I was in a 6-dorm all female room. The room was clean, showers and toilets just down the hall. Felt like I had a good amount of privacy with the curtains coming down in front of my bed and enough space to lay my stuff out. Only thing I did not like was how hot it was in the common rooms (like bathroom, kitchen, hallways). Literally like a sauna but the bedroom had A/C.

When preparing for your trip, you want to make sure that you have all of your logistics lined up before you leave home. Make sure your airline tickets, accommodations, and ground transport are all arranged before you arrive. Buy travel insurance, to help cover any medical expenses in case of an emergency, and make sure that your vaccinations are up to date. Remember that the weather is warm year-round, so pack lots of sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and light, cool clothing. Dutch is the official language, but English and Spanish are also commonly spoken. Finally, the local currency is the Netherlands Antillean guilder (ANG), but the US dollar (USD) is also commonly accepted.
Curaçao is generally safe for tourists, but it is a good idea to keep your valuables and passport locked up in your room, and not to flash money or valuables around while you are out in town. Be particularly careful if you are out for a night of partying. Also be aware of the hot sun and potential for sun burn—the last thing you want is to miss half of your holiday because you are too burned to go to the beach. Finally, hot weather means getting a bit sweaty, especially if you are riding bikes around the island, so remember to stay hydrated.
